ATEEPEEK customers

ATEEPEEK collects personal data about its customers and their employees, using contact and booking forms, as well as in the context of its outdoor hotel accommodation services.

Purposes and legal basis: The processing of customers’ personal data is necessary to enable ATEEPEEK to manage its activity, sell its products and render its services, manage orders, payment, the management of relations between ATEEPEEK and the customer and more generally the operation of the company.

The processing is based on the execution of the contract and the order (and/or pre-contractual measures) and compliance by ATEEPEEK with its legal obligations.

Any person who does not wish to provide the information identified as compulsory will not be able to place an order for the products / services / others.

In addition, personal data enables ATEEPEEK to manage the company and its contact file, for the purposes set out below.

ATEEPEEK suppliers and partners

ATEEPEEK may collect personal data concerning its suppliers and partners as part of the performance of contracts with the latter.

Any person who does not wish to provide the information identified as compulsory will not be able to benefit from the activities organised and information sent by ATEEPEEK.

How is personal data processed?

Personal data is processed by ATEEPEEK in its capacity as data controller for the purposes set out above.

ATEEPEEK undertakes not to use them for any other purpose, nor to pass them on to third parties, except as provided for in this data management policy or after informing and, if necessary, obtaining the consent of the person concerned.

Storage and archiving : personal data are kept in an active database for the purposes set out above for the time necessary to achieve those purposes, namely :

  • Data collected as part of a contract or order, for the duration of the contract
  • Personal data used to manage the file of contacts, suppliers and partners is kept for a period of three years from the last contact between ATEEPEEK and the person concerned.

Personal data collected for the performance of a contract is archived for the period necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal right, equivalent to the period of limitation applicable to the obligations between ATEEPEEK and the person concerned.

Accounting data is kept for a period of 10 years from the date of the order (legal obligation).

ATEEPEEK makes every effort to store and archive this personal data in appropriate security conditions in compliance with the applicable provisions, using current technology.

To : In compliance with the purposes set out above, personal data may be communicated by ATEEPEEK to its administrators, its staff and its suppliers, including its technical suppliers (in particular, for hosting, the messaging service, the reception of event participants, the organisation of training courses, the organisation of webinars, online payment), acting as subcontractors, as well as to its banking establishments and consultants, including certain service providers transferring data outside the European Union to countries not subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

In addition, ATEEPEEK may be required to communicate the personal data processed to authorised third parties in order to comply with a legal obligation, at the request of a judicial, administrative or public authority, or in application of a judicial or administrative decision.

What rights do I have to the personal data I provide?

Any person having communicated personal data to ATEEPEEK has the following rights with regard to such data:

  • A right of access to data (to obtain confirmation of the processing of personal data and a certain amount of information about the processing, it being understood that this information is in any case given in this personal data protection policy, and in the event of processing, a copy of the data processed) and rectification in the event of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • A right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) consisting of the deletion of personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or when the user objects to the processing of personal data, except when the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or the exercise of legal rights. It is also specified that the right to be forgotten cannot be invoked in the cases provided for in Article 17.3 of the RGPD. In particular, this right is not available during the performance of the contract, as this personal data is necessary for ATEEPEEK to perform the contract;
  • A right to limit the processing of personal data, in particular where the user disputes the accuracy of the data, or where the data retention period has expired but the user still needs to retain the personal data in order to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim;
  • The right to define directives concerning the fate of one’s personal data after death ;
  • The right to the portability of raw data supplied to ATEEPEEK in a readable format, or their transmission to another data controller;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority (notably the CNIL in France) if the user considers that the processing carried out by ATEEPEEK constitutes a violation of his/her personal data;
  • The right to object to the processing of data based on the legitimate interests of ATEEPEEK, at any time, for reasons relating to the user’s personal situation, to the processing of his/her personal data based on the legitimate interests of ATEEPEEK, particularly in the case where this objection concerns commercial canvassing, unless there are compelling reasons for ATEEPEEK to do so;
